Broken Tap

One of my bathroom basin taps has broken. THey are coronet taps and if you turn the cold water tap it just turns and turns without moving the spindle.

Is it fixable? if so can focus give me the spare bits or do I just have to lump it and buy another set of new taps? Am really annoyed as only bought them 6 months ago.

Any advice appreciated.

6 months old! still under garentee. Have a word with the shop, they are legally obliged to sort out

I don't have the receipt and I have so many focus credit card entries on my statements I could not begin to work out which one it is, that'll teach me!

Doesn't matter let them work that one out you onlyneed to provide proof of purchace not that its for this item

Not sure what you mean? I would need to provide proof of purchase for that specific item if they ask. Anyway, aside from that option which I don't think is a goer, is the tap easily fixable?[/i]
