through screws from the other side through handle or behind handle ??

Stand back and take wider pics of inside and outside.

The white casing should prise of the part of the handle still attached to the window, can't quite tell from the pic , maybe one thin piece which will twist to reveal the screws or two separate pieces , one either side of where the actual handle was ( top and bottom on your case. Looks like it will be a ' blade ' or ' fork ' rather than a spindle looking at the type of handle

Can’t remove white casing ? Any suggestions

Other side of handle is just lock so not sure if I need to remove lock ?
so are we talking outside face where the lock is then not the access point as it needs to be non tamper from outside ???
if so as others have said clip on cover plated or indeed grub screws under the handle inside??

There is a clear gap showing on the right hand side of the left handle in pic 1. Use a thin bladed kitchen or decorators knife to prise it open.

Blup

Machine screw through hole in pic 5 to line with handle hole in pic 3?

Blup

I imagine there are screws on the otherside, ie open the window and get to the back of that block left behind. I dont think a cover will lever off, as that wouldn't be possible normally when the handle was fixed in place.

Thanks , windows does not open and other side no mark to open the door . See attached working handle internal part .
