btw pan 430mm high

Hi Guys,

I need to find a back to wall toilet pan with the following criteria:

Height 430mm
Floor to centre of waste outlet 230mm
Floor to centre of flushpipe 380mm

The flushpipe height is not critical as I can adjust it in the cistern but the other 2 dimensions are not adjustable. Cast iron stack and marble cut out where old toilet was means I have to find a pan with these measurements.

Any ideas anyone.
