Hi all,
We are laying an untreated engineered oak floor, and have chosen to use a hard-wax oil (by Blanchon) to finish it. The directions state it should be brush applied and then buffed in using white cotton cloth or a buffer/polisher with a beige pad.. I've borrowed a DA polisher with a 5" disc which I hope will take the sweat out of the job (there's about 30sq m in total) but I'm struggling to find beige pads - there seems to be every other colour, and they all state they do different things..
2 questions:
Is DA polisher suitable for this (it does have speed control)?
Where can I find the proper pads, if not beige, then what other colour would be suitable?
