Building a Garage / Shed

Hi all I want to build a shed in my garden I want to use breeze blocks with a pitched roof no more that 4 mters high up to the pitch it will be approx 20 foot long and 10 foot wide what foundations will i need, and will one course of blocks be ok as I dont need a cavity any help and advise would be apreciated kind regards Steve
