I'm building an extension, external drains viewed and filled, the shell is now up and the BCO has said their next visit will be pre occupation when they will test all plumbing.
I thought they needed to see all internal waste runs before they're boxed in?
Also, are they really going to pressure test the drainage before occupation? There are lots of items to remove like sinks, toilets, baths etc to seal it all up and seems an odd stage to do so!
