I've just received this from BC:
"The pitched roof construction appears to be satisfactory however please confirm, how the roof timbers are fixed to the wall plate as no L / truss clips were noted."
My proposed response is: "they are skew nailed with at least 2 x 100mm nails each"
Will this be considered acceptable, (wind zone 2)?
While I was aware of stuff like strapping the wall plates, suitably fixing tiles, roof batten standards etc I suspect I may have missed a trick on this one!
