hi we are planning to have a small extension built to the rear of our property.it will measure roughly 3mx3m and will have a flat roof.we've been given a verbal estimate of £10,000 by a builder who has worked for us in the past.this is just for the shell,and does not include electrics or decoration.does this price seem about right?thanks

Not sure about the cost but I would avoid a flat roof f possible
Nowt wrong with a flatty if done correctly and noseall is right.
