Price of building my extension and garage? Help needed pls.

Hi all.

I was wondering if anybody could help me.

I have just got planning for the following.

Detached garage, block and render built, 6m x 6m. Pitched roof. Just building works and roof works. No Electrics or plumbing etc as I can do all of that. Just the shell and ground works needed.

Extension above my attached garage. Using exising floor plan of 7.5m x 3.5m. Pitched roof matched straight into existing pitch. Again Shell only. No windows, plastering, plumbing, electrics etc etc. Just the shell. Built block built and rendered.

I was just wondering on a rough price so that im not robbed. The parking is easy as is the skip location. The whole job is a good easy job and I just dont want to get robbed.

Any help would be great.
