Hi i own an end of terrece house on typical a corner plot. I've been recently contemplating on extending terrece by another house as there is approx 6.5m of garden land to the side of the building which could happily take a 3 bed end of terrece dwelling. The problem arrises when it comes buildings line which may prevent the build however when i reaserched around town and the estate where i live, people built or have been building in places of similar circumstances. Can i use that precedence when applying for this kind of self build??please forgive me if i was too vague. Any response would be greatly appreciated
