We are having a garage conversion and think a building notice is ok. However there is a wall we will knock down which separates kitchen and garage so we can have utility area for kitchen in from back of garage and bedroom at front of garage section. ie garage is being split into bedroom with wall and utility area opening into kitchen.
Do we need to give 2 notices or would the conversion cover it all . I don't think it's a supporting wall but a lintel will be put on top.
