Built in Fridge being tempremental!

Hi Folks

I have a standard built in fridge bought about 2 years ago from Currys Essentials. Lately, I've noticed that it seems to turn off after about 20 minutes by itself. This of course causes the ice to start melting. However, the only way to get it started again is to turn the temperature knob.

Would anybody know how to fix the problem?

Sound like a control stat fault.

Will this cost a lot to fix? If so, I might as well buy a new fridge.
