Built in Light Extractor fans with outlet in roof tiles

I am planning on fitting one of those light fittings that have a built in extractor fan above our shower and due to the type of loft we have there is no space for the pipe to be fitted in the soffits below the guttering. Instead I would like to have the extractor pipe located in a roof tile.

Does anyone know if its ok to do this or where I can buy the bits from ?

I have thought about getting the standard units that I find in B&Q etc that can be used with normal soffits and then buy the extra outlets that replace one of your tiles but it seems a waste. Can I get an all-in-one unit ??

I think I may have answered my own question but I have found these 100mm vent roof tiles:
