Is there something wrong with my maths?

Top heating element 800 W
Bottom heating element 1000 W
Grill 1650 W
Fan 2000 W
Total rating 2500 W
Voltage 240 V
Frequency 50 Hz

I thought that lot added up to 5450w, I know they won't all be on at once but still the total is way off.

I'm trying to find out the total and even without the fan it comes to 3450w, not 2500w.
It also says Minimum fuse needed: 13A.

How many elements can actually be simultaneously energised?

Even then the demand will be lower as these will cycle on and off.

The total will be the maximum power that can be selected when it is being used. It will be fine on a 13A plug.

There is no way that all of the elements can be used simultaneously, the usual options for the elements are:
Rear element (around the fan) 2000W
Top / bottom / top&bottom elements - 800W / 1000W / 1800W
Grill only 1650W
The fan motor will be about 30W, the lamp inside the oven 40W, and allow another 5W or so for the electronic clock, so add about 75W to the above figures assuming the fan can be used with the grill and other elements.

None of that adds up to 2500W, they are all less than that. Ultimately it's a hunk of junk from Ikea, made down to the lowest price, and accurate specifications were not considered.
