any help gratefully accepted

Belling Built in single oven gas cooked not heating properly

slight yellow flame which make me think partly blocked

does not get past about Gas mark 5 when turned to gas 9

is it thermostat or flame sensing device

DIY gas advice is not permitted on this forum, so the only option is to find a Gas Safe registered person who can repair cookers.

A couple of quick questions first, is there a gas hob, and is this working okay, and do you have a gas boiler that's also fine.

The only acceptable thing that you can do as a non Gas Safe registered engineer, is to clean *...carefully.....*. Any repairs beyond that, must be done by a competent person.

Check that there isn't a piece of tinfoil or anything like that on the burner in the oven. Other than that its a job for a gas safe engineer.

Hopefully they will have had it repaired by now!
