Have got a Canon Cambridge double gas cooker - the top oven is also a grill.

I think the grill heater needs cleaning as there's often a yellow flame and it doesn't heat all over the surface.

Don't often use the top oven as an oven as I don't think it reaches the right temperature.

So how do I clean it - or does it need me to bring someone in to have a look at it - if so who?

Any help much appreciated.

The Grill burner isn't the easiest part to access on these cookers.
If it displays a yellow flame then there is incomplete combustion and it requires attention. My advice is do not use grill and it needs a RGI with cooker qualifications to repair the fault.
It is possible to clean with the burner in situ, but you could damage ignition electrodes.

Thank you for your reply - much appreciated.

Now to find an RGI with cooker qualifications.,

Thanks again.
