We have an old Neff Built under double oven (720 high x 600 wide) which seems to have given up the ghost and so are looking for a cheap(ish) replacement as we are moving out soon.

The old oven has a step down from the top of the front fascia to the casing behind of about 80mm, leaving plenty of room above the casing for the gas pipe for the built in hob above.

The gas pipe protrudes about 40-45mm down from the under surface of the worktop, and probably encroaches out into the recess (from the rear wall) about 90mm.

Looking at replacements the casings don't seem to have the same drop down behind the fascia as the old Neff, and at best have a taper at the back - trouble is none of the online specs detail the size / position of the taper enough to make an informed purchase decision!

Anyone out there recently purchased such an oven that had some decent clearance above the casing that could recommend a make / model?!

Thanks
