Bulb help

I am looking to see if anyone knows/recognises these bulbs, and what it would take to power them! I know they give off either a blue glow, or are black lights.

They are approx 60mm long, and as thick as a pencil. The wires on the the ends are literaly soldered on.

They look like cold cathode lamps (only one wire to each end by the looks of it) Often used for illuminating the inside of a PC.
