I also note you have a mixture of speedfit fittings on hep2o pipe. I never knowingly mix brands but it is harder now that speedfit and hep are white and the markings are not always visible in restricted areas.

I never mix brands when I'm fitting anyhting from new, but generally the fittings will interchange without any problem, as they rely on the outer size of the pipe which will still be 15/22/28mm etc - Inserts on the other hand are a different story, they fit depending on the inside pipe diameter which does varie from manufacturer to manufacturer and care should be taken when selecting inserts.
