buying new T V

hi all, im looking to buy a new TV im torn between thje sony bravia KDL 40 nx 703 for £1,099 and sony KDL nx 503 for £ 700 from j lewis

although the 703 is LED and looks better do you think its worth paying £400 more for it ?
