I have this system installed in my house and it has stopped working I am desperate to find someone who will be able to fix it.

So far I have had an electrician out and after nearly an hour he decided it was a fuse and changed it. This appeared to have solved my problem but now 12 hours later it is not working at all!

The problem seems to be the power supply to the night store and night immersion system.

Either call him back & ask him to test the heaters again or call someone else, it could be an intermittent fault.( We are not magicians by the way we have to investigate faults in a logical manner which takes time especially working on appliances that have no supply while you are on site)
