C&K Securitech C023-203 iss1 Problem

Hi

I moved house in December and have the above alarm installed. It has been working fine until last night when it went off while I was at the gym.

I have followed the reset procedure and it seemed to return everything to normal again (it was a zone 5 problem which on investigation had a crane fly on the sensor!).

However, I tried to arm and disarm it a few times and it didn’t seem to work. I tried it again this morning and all seems normal except when I disarm it the tone stops as soon as I enter the first digit of the code.

Any help would be gratefully received.

Has it had the battery changed ? How many zones on keypad ?

We havnt changed the batteries no.

The keypad has 8 zones on it, I think we have 6 being used from memory.

So it's an 800L panel pretty bullet proof ! 1st thing down power system and replace battery , bigger the better 2.8 or a 7.0ah then see if that clears any problems..
