I'm paying about £25 pcm plus weekday phone calls, I get 10Mb downloads (usually traffic is slower), plus basic TV "free" plus phone line.

Is that about normal?

So about £25 for internet plus about £11 for the phone line and then the free tv?
If so then you are still paying the original price for the broadband before they reduced it a couple of years ago or so. Go to the virgin website and price up what the package you have will cost now (about £8 less I would guess) and then phone 150 and speak to accounts and they should add a discount to your bill.

no, £25 including 10Mb BB, Phone line, and basic cable TV

I pay for weekday phone calls.

In that case you have a good deal. Normal price is £31 (10MB broadband, Telephone and M+ TV).

You might still have the 'M' TV which used to be their most basic. The most basic now is 'M+' which has a few extras such as SKY1. It used to be about an exte $5 per month to upgrade from M to M+.
