Cables near insulation

i have used 25mm celotex to insulate my internal walls which then has 25 * 50 MM. battens on top to hold it up. I then want to put 25 MM insulation between the battens. I also want to add a new socket on the ring. The cable will be clipped to the side of batten and will not touch the insulation. How much gap do I need to leave next to the cable from the 2nd layer of insulation. I could add a 2nd batten next to the cable do it is in a void if that's a better option. Regards

No gap is needed, as I understand it.
To count as "method 102" it's supposed to be in contact with the plasterboard, but I think what you have is fine.
