if 15kw / 230v = 65a then how come as stated in onsite guide that a 30/32a mcb and 6mm cable is adequate for upto 15kw asif it was at 15kw then surely 65a is too much for mcb and cable?

Are you talking about a cooker circuit ?

sorry yes is it because of cooker diversity?
just applied it and came out at about 30a
