Can anybody give me a bit of advice on what I need to fix a leak on this type of tap?

I have a dripping leak on my bathroom cold tap. I know you get different types of tap which require different types of washers /discs and not sure what type this one takes. I have opened up as shown above can anybody tell me roughly how to go about sorting one like this?

Looks like it has a cartridge. Don’t know if you can replace washers in that. You might have to unscrew it and pop down the plumbers merchants for a replacement.

Looks like its ceramic disc ,does it take a quarter turn to open/ close the tap ? If so you need a complete valve. There are dozens of different variants, and in my experience plumbers merchants stock very few . very often its best to fit new taps.

Hi, yes it quarter turn to fully open it.
I need this fixed fairly quickly so do you think I'm best just buying new taps?
