can bleed valves on rads were out

They can last for ever, but being made of brass, its possible for the tapers to become grooved with wear, which could allow a slight leak.

only reason i ask, when dabbing tissue on some of them after bleeding i get a tiny bit of water...but im guessing this will stop ?!

There could be the odd drop in the well that the bleed screw sits in, but once thats gone, all should be dry.
Any tiny leak could well take up - this often happend with any mechanical joint - until the next time its disturbed. Also, the heat from the rad will also evaporate any tiny seepage, often enough.
