Can I add another a toilet

Hi all,

I've got a question on the same topic.
Below is the plan of a house I'm looking to purchase. Eventually, I'd like to add a downstairs cloakroom.
a) is it possible (easy) to add it where the question mark is?
b) any other/better place for it based on the house layout?

Always better to start a new Thread rather than piggy back on one that is 7 years old. Will see if Mods can separate it.

One instant comment- it's a bit poor having access to the loo from the dining room. But you are very limited by the house layout.
Drainage wise, if the floors are suspended timber fairly straightforward. If they're concrete then not so easy.
