I have a combi glow worm 100e and have been told that the presure switch needs to be ordered in as this is th problem to why my boiler is not working, the man that is doing it has said u can by-pass it but he didnt tell me how....I only want to by-pass it till next week when its gonna be fixed. I no i should probably wait but it is soooooo cold in my house and cant even have a bath or shower till then.
So can anyone explain to me how this can be done i would really appreicate it x x x

if the manufacturer puts a pressure switch in it is essential for your safety.

To defeat a safety device is Imediately dangerous (which means we would cap off the gas supply to the appliance and if you don't let us ring the supplier who would also try and if you don't let him he would dig the road to cut you off and only reinstate after all their costs paid which could be thousands) and Riddor (The Reporting of Injuries, Diseases and Dangerous Occurrences Regulations 1995) reportable.

if you mean the water pressure switch

its either no or nc

so either remove a wire or link the two together

hardly a safety prob as the cheaper end of the market dont even have them fitted
