Due to complications around door frames etc. I need to insert a couple of aluminium carpet edging strips to join laminate flooring to a vinyl floor.

My problem is I can't fix the strips down first. I need to lay the flooring then slip the strips under the edge and lower it and have it stick to the concrete floor.

Will no more nails or maybe a better product allow me to do this succesfully? obviously I dont want it to keep coming unstuck.

If the floor is really clean and damp/dust free and you get the No more Nails to go through the holes in the strip it should work.

you could get a finishing strip same colour as the laminate and glue it to the laminate, if not no nails is fine
