can i lay solid wood on latex?

having nightmare time with flooring! have bought a solid oak floor which needs to be glued onto a floor which has marley tiles.... some removed some not.... can we put a latex floor on top and the glue the wood?

no, you need to remove all the tiles and then prime and use a acrylic or water based compound (not latex based ) make sure the subfloor has a working DPM and the moister content is correct
