1790mm x1660mm rectangle shaped room.

Bath along the full length of 1660mm under window.
then along 1790mm wall basin with vanity cupboard then WC?
Taking in to account that the width of the bath will take some of the room up!

Your average bath is around 700mm wide which leaves you with approx 1090mm. Allowing for a 500mm basin and a WC of around 400mm gives you 190mm which gives you gaps between each piece and the wall of approx 66mm. Of course smaller width basins and WC's are available too.

Depends which is the business end of the bath.

Could you not forego the vanity and put a cupboard on a wall instead? Take it this is for a customer and not you??

Not for me, I have been asked to fit a bathroom suite and it's a bit tight.
I usually tell them to forget the vanity as it can make things awkward, but they are not really insisting just very hopeful it can be done, as there is not much storage space in the room. The roof also slopes down which brings in another hurdle as far as suitable hanging space on the wall.
The business end of bath is also where the vanity would be.

Think it'll create problems for any future maintenance if the vanity is in the way of access to the tap connectors.

Now, if they had a shower instead of a bath, then there'd be room

it can be done with a bit of careful planning and some carefully positioned pipework, with the bath width of 700 you have "enough" for a 550 wide vanity unit and then choose a relatively narrow cistern, (bog in a box from B&Q is about 460 wide) there wont be tons of room between each item but there will be enough
i bought a vanity unit from PTS which is a 550 wide basin with the unit about 500 wide and 300 deep not a lot of room for stuff in it but its fine and smarter than a sink and ped, you could also look at the combined concealed wc and vanity units they are quite smart and if you shop about you can get one to fit the space you have, done one before it a tight bathroom and bulit the bath panel out wider to take up the exact space then returned it at the top with about 100mm of tile to under the bath rim, it looked great as the combined vanity/wc cistern unit joined the tiled bath panel and fitted exactly end to end (as the panel was sized out to meet the vanity unit)

The vanity Basin/WC combo looks as though it will do the trick.
But the client is a little quirky, would prefer two holes basin(two taps) and a lever rather than push button flush.
Any one seen this type of set up?
I wouldn't have thought the two tap hole basin would be that difficult to find but all models I have seen are mono!
