The roof is concerete tiles.

I have a lot of moss on the north side of the roof where the roof gets less sun.
It eventually rolls off and fills the gutters

Is there anything I can spray, or put on the roof to reduce or stop the moss build up?

I used a product by wet and forget with limited results, next year I will just get up and scrape it off.

Not really? Vacuum out the gutters every other summer? You can make a DIY pole with some waste fittings...

Patio Magic and Wet & Forget are basically dilute forms of benzalkonium chloride. Something like 7 or 8% and you dilute it down to 1 or 2%. I bought a lot of BAC 50, which is a 50% solution of benzalkonium chloride.

I recently did my driveway, see

If you kill the moss it may well be light enough to blow away. Also the dead moss is a lot less substantial so it is less likely to block the gutters.
