Hi folks.

I'm removing an old brick cupboard in the kitchen. The cupboard walls themselves are not supporting anything.
Although it has a concrete lintel that goes into a supporting wall at 90 degree angle. (Image attached).
Does anyone think this can be easily removed then replaced with bricks or maybe cut to be flush with the wall/plaster?
The water pipe above is only through the plaster, which is easy to remove.

Thanks in advance.

Then I'm opting for a no. That's a fair sized lintel that was presumably placed there for a good reason and not for a cupboard

Image from outside. The wall to the right is a supporting wall.
The lintel sits above that cupboard door.

Gonna touch on this again, there were bricks (well made imperial sized) above the lintel. Which were clear of the joists on both sides. The lintel itself goes into the wall by roughly 40mm, the bricks are about 80mm width. It also looks like it has been packed after the load bearing wall went up.
I've attached a couple more images. One of the floor plan, the red line is the load bearing wall. The green is the lintel.
