Can I Remove These Bath Handles

Redecorating my house and I have one bath handle which is quite scummy. Haven't got the budget to replace the bath right now - is there anyway to replace this rusty handle without switching the bath?

The handles are fixed with screws through the acrylic bath.....if you can access the screws then the handles will come off - but the far one will be difficult to reach.

You can buy replacement handles just need to make sure that you get ones that have the same hole to hole measurement as your bath.

There's also nothing stopping you spraying the one you have chrome.

Thanks, but how do I get the handles out? Seem quite solid and can't find a youtube video etc.

Screws from behind....access will be a problem.
