CAN I RENDER OVER PEBBLEDASH

Hi, I have a pebble dash garage at mom and it is in good condition can i just render over this after applying a PVA bonding agent?

yes, but make shure your stones are tight

you wont need pva the pebble dash will be a good enough key to take the render, like nige said remove any loose, a sweeping brush is good for this.
