Can I replace a dead Pumped Shower yourself?

Hi,

Can an existing pumped shower be replaced (like for like) by a normal person or do you need a qualified plumber &/or electrician?

From what I've been told it has 4 screws, Hot & Cold push fit connections for feeds & 240v for the pump.

Note: It is an pumped shower on the wall of the bathroom, not a electric shower for heating the water, just pumped for more pressure.

If it does need a qualified person, how long do you thing is reasonable for the job?

depends if you feel confident enough. if not then employ someone to do it. only you can answer that question. not exactly a tasking job to do i must say . if like for like.

That's seems to be what most people have said, although he just wanted to check the Legal situation as he has a tenant in the property with the shower?
