I've moved my kitchen to other side off room and need to spur my 6mm cable to feed my single oven, induction hob and combi microwave oven which all need to he hard wired... can I spur the cable 3 ways into a 41a wago box using 41a 215-615 5way 6mm wagos to power them?

Any advice would be much appreciated

What is the size of the MCB protecting the cable
What is the quoted load of each appliance

As Eric, i wouldnt use Wago in this situation,

Definite no no to wago's
For what it's worth, I would also not be particularly comfortable using Wagos 'in this situation'.

However, if we are not comfortable about using appropriately-rated Wagos 'in this situation', why should we be comfortable with their use in any situation ??

I don't know why the sudden move to the Wago? Or any other spring-loaded connector, saw them first in 1980 in Algeria, likely came from Holland as a Dutch company, and for low power the maintenance free spring-loaded connector did as it said on the description, it saved going around all the screw terminals with equipment prone to vibration to keep tightening them up until the necked off the wire. They were excellent for control circuits with very low current, but as the current increases, to get enough surface area to ensure there are no hot spots becomes a problem, so would not use them with a load over 5 amp.

Well, those who advocate (and regulation that not only 'allow', but actually 'require') their use in non-accessible locations presumably must believe that they are 'more reliable' than screwed connections.

However, I have yet to see convincing evidence that such is the case and, until I am so convinced, I'm personally tempted to feel more confident about things that have been 'tried and tested' for decades (in many cases 'in service for decades').

Oh yes, of course, but I just get fed up with Wago doing a Hoover.
I think that it probably is (so far) a little different, in that I suspect that the vast majority of people who use such connectors actually do currently use Wago-branded ones. However, that may change with the passage of time (as it did with vacuum cleaners).
