Can I use a 92.5 deg soil branch horizontally

I have two WC's to connect. They are either side of a cavity wall and about 12" offset from back to back. Best I have come up with so far is to use a horizontal 92.5 deg branch (branch pointing upwardish) to pick up the first WC and a 92.5 deg bend into the second WC.

My question is ... am I allowed to use a 92.5 branch horizontally .. or is my building control man going to through a wobbler!

as long as the sweep is going the right way and you have fall it should be o.k

Building control man may want to see an air admittance valve on the end.
