Can I use bin bags as a damp proof membrane for my small shed?

Concrete is laid, timber bearers to go down now, those black bin bags, would they do?

Anything else, I don't wnat to spend a fortune.

you can also use old or new roofing felt if you have some odd bits lying around which you will do if you took down an old shed
its more to do with the fact a plastic bag has no resistance to piercing under load and no thickness to break cappillery action so will just aid wicking
