My plasterer is almost finished on a property I have been renovating.
He didnt come far enough down to the floor in the kitchen with the sand/cement render and is wanting to use Bonding on it, as he says he can skim on it the same day as it dries quicker and can make up the thickness required.
My question is:
The wall has been injected with Dryzone and the bottom tanked with slurry, then 2 coat sand/cement render with rendergaurd in it. If he makes up the bottom 4inches with bonding will I really regret it?
It just means an extra day or two letting it go off before applying second coat of render and then skimming..
Anyone?
