I have just purchased the John Guest Speedfit JGUFHPACK30 Single Room Heating Pack 'JGUFHPACK30'
In the literature I read before purchase I saw no reason why I could not use this for a suspended floor scenario. However, now that I am reading the instructions manual it is clear that it is for Solid floors only
I had planned to have insulation suspended between the joists, with foil covered insulation over the top of that (two layers of insulation) and then the UFH above that as close to the flooring as I can get, I will probably have a 20-25mm air gap between the insulation and the top of the joists.
I will be using 18mm chipboard with laminate covering as a floor.
Is there any reason why I cant use this kit? Have I bought the wrong thing?
Thanks for any help
