can UFH be installed on a wooded floorboard, and tiled

Is it possible to install UFH in a bathroom, that has wooden floorboards, and I want to tile?

You can also install wet UFH over a wooden floor but that would increase the height of the floor and would normally be considered unacceptable at doors etc.
