Can you buy MDF 6ft x 4ft 6ins?

Can you buy MDF 6ft x 4ft 6ins?
I’ve just bought a new bed and it as wood slats and I’m wondering if i can purchase a piece of mdf to go on top of the slats. Many thanks.

A full sheet of MDF is 8ft by 4ft so you'd have to do it in 2 pieces to get the width

I would try it with the slats first
although a 4 ft sheet 3” from the edge would work with the 18” x 48” cut into 3” strips would give 6 x 48.
(excluding the cuts)

you can get 5x10ft mdf or ply sheets but the cost would be prohibitive
a sheet off 4x8ft 6mm ply would double the support as it goes within 3 inches off each side
although in general using sheet material is usually avoided as no airflow

I think a sheet of ply as suggested would work ,airflow doesn’t matter. divans are built with zero airflow my bed base is mdf , not a problems .
