This is my lounge window and sun cones through and gets I eyes in the morning. Thought a roller blind would be good to stop the sun coming through at the top of window but allow some light underneath. UV gets through glass so do some blinds stop it. And would u go with a roller blind for my window?

Any blackout roller blind will block UV.
If you want to block all of the UV and still let light in, then get some window film applied to the glass.

Agree blackout blinds stop daylight.
