I don't mind paying abit extra on my bills if it means helping out a struggling landlord or two. Safe in the knowledge they will reinvest the money saved on new carpets, double glazing,damp proofing etc. Got to go there's a unicorn outside flying past my window.
I must admit... if I was lucky/unlucky enough to qualify for a free new boiler... I'd like to fit it myself and not have some numbnuts sent out to do it 
not on the government then with that boiler
