Can you revive a dried up tin of Hammerite?

I have half a tin of white hammerite metal paint. It has completely dried up, you can poke a stick into it and it is soft and rubbery texture. Is there any way to bring this tin back to life? If so what should I try adding?

Throw it away. I know hammerite's a bit pricey, but it's also xylene based, forget it, lost cause.

Honestly, it's like trying to revive a dried up old ex girlfriend. Waste of time, get a new one.
