The instructions will likely call for heat-resistant cable - but then, lots of people use twin and earth for ovens.
Google tells me that the specs are as follows
H05V2V2 Voltage rating: 300/500V Temperature rating -15°C to 90°C
HO7RN-F Voltage rating: 450/700V Temperature rating -25°C to 60°C
Twin & Earth Voltage rating: 300/500V Temperature rating -15°C to 70°C
Now the $1M question: is the max temp in the terminal housing an issue for any of those different cables?
