Candy Dishwasher

Hey, my Candy dishwasher recently stopped working, the water is not heating, I tipped the machine over and found a part slightly burnt at the wiring joint, I believe it is the thermostat, the trouble is I am not sure how to take it out, any help would be appreciated. Many thanks.
