CANNON/Hotpoint cooker C60DPCF

I have a CANNON C60DFCF double oven cooker which is the same as a Hotpoint C60DPCF.

I need to change the lower heater element in the top oven but I am unsure about the correct procedure for removing the top oven from the cooker. Does anyone know of any instructions or videos that might help me.
